Add upgrades; adding upgrades can sometimes up the offer price and when it is done strategically it can be a good investment
Make it look new; simple décor and house staging tricks can make even the oldest house look brand new and expensive
2. Get it listed
Hire an estate agent; a good estate agent can help you get the best offer and help to sell it in the least amount of time
Price it right; price is an important factor and pricing your home right can ensure that you get the best offers
Keep it presentable; make sure that your house is always clean and ready for viewings
